This book cover is a great symbol of love between Anna and Kate. Right when you see this, you can tell that these sisters have so much love for eachother, no matter how bad they're family dynamics, medical issues, or just life in general is.
I agree with Madi on this one. In the picture both sisters are leaning against each other back to back, this is most likely symbolism to show that they support each other all the time.
